Two weeks ago, at a conference from CapGemini, Mr Oosterhout stated: "Facility Management should change into Business Suport Management". I must say I like the idea, because if you look at what a facility manager (in the Netherlands) does it's a much better fit.

Dear Tim,
Great initiative this Blog! I guess the best way to get something launched, is just to do it, and see who tags along. I'm curious to find out within a year how the blog communication goes.
